How to protect your Baby’s skin

“Pampers brings you the softest ever Pampers Premium Care Pants. Its cotton-like softness is #SoftestForBabySkin and allows it to breathe, thus keeping baby’s skin soft and healthy, and your baby happy. ”
Newborn skin is soft and sensitive. Keep baby's skin hydrated by bathing in warm water for only three to five minutes. Avoid letting your baby sit or play or soak for long in soapy water. Apply a baby lotion or moisturizer immediately after bath while skin is still wet, and then pat dry instead of rubbing.

There's nothing quite like the soft, delicate skin of a baby. And nothing like a cranky infant irritated by diaper rash, cradle cap, or another skin condition. While your baby is perfect, your baby's skin may not be. Many babies are prone to skin irritation in the first few months after birth. Here's how to spot and treat common baby skin problems.

As your child matures from a newborn to a more interactive baby by the age of 6 months, he'll become a master at showing you when something makes him content or upset. His face lights up in a heart-melting smile when you enter the room, or he wails when someone takes away his favorite toy. And you've probably noticed that he flips between smiling and crying faster than you can pop a pacifier in his mouth.

If it seems your baby spends more time wailing than giggling, that's because babies actually experience distress earlier than happiness. Crying and distressed facial expressions are there for a reason.

When the baby starts playing walking around its skin is getting damage or germs attacks. And the Baby is crying, how do you know if he's in pain, hungry, or just bored? A sensitive mother can pick up on different kinds of cries and facial expressions and baby understands the mother and stops crying.
Tips for Baby's Skin

Wash and Wear
Babies, especially newborns, tend to have sensitive skin, so doctors recommends washing new clothing and towels before using them. Although there are special "baby" laundry detergents, which leave fewer residues after washing, it's perfectly fine to use regular detergents.
 The Bottom Side
Chances are you've already encountered a diaper rash -- and if you haven't, you will. The materials that keep diapers from leaking also prevent air from circulating, creating the perfect environment for a rash to breed. In India many parents use Pampers for their babies.

 Bath Basics
ours is a culture obsessed with cleanliness, which means that parents tend to overdo it when it comes to bathing their beauties. Dips in the tub aren't advised until the umbilical stump falls off and until a boy's circumcision heals. Until then, a gentle sponge bath of the bottom and genitals is plenty.

Here Comes the Sun
Your first thought is probably to slather your little bundle in sunscreen. But for babies under 6 months, that's not a good idea. Babies have more skin surface than adults, so they receive a higher dose of chemicals.
